Group Exercise Mode

MODE classes are taught by enthusiastic, certified instructors, and are held in our intimate studio space with a capacity of about 10, including the instructor. We intentionally keep MODE classes small, so that we can provide 360-degree individualized attention in a group setting.

Our goal is to ensure that each participating member is executing every movement in the safest, most effective way possible.

The intimate setting also maximizes the visible results that can be achieved from MODE offerings like Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT, Abs & Ass, Spin and more.

Abs and Ass

Belly Dancing

Belly dance is an expressive dance which emphasizes complex movements of the torso. Originally a Middle Eastern folk dance, it has evolved to take many different forms depending on the country and region, both in costume and dance style.

HIGH INTENSITY MODE

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) feels good. But that’s not all! HIIT has been proven to be the mosteffective workout to improve endurance and build lean muscle tone.

Pilates

Pilates a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Spin MODE

Our Spin group classes are lively and powerful! The routine is a high-intensity, 45-minute experience that will prepare you for both indoor and outdoor cycling activity.

Turbo Kick

Tone your muscles and blast the fat with Turbo Kick®, a fierce, ab-defining cardio workout that mixes kickboxing with cool dance grooves choreographed to high-energy beats.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

Dance Classes

A fusion of International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “fun and easy to do.”
The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
