Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic Exercise MODE: So many of us are mentally and physically bogged down by a sedentary lifestyle that corporate, 9 to 5 jobs demand. That’s why fitting in some physical activity each day is crucial.

For optimal health, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends we get “at least 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity per week.” ( ). In general, a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity per day is recommended. Well, we’ve got that covered! MODE offers many ways to make this the best, most refreshing 30 minutes of your day.  
Our aerobic group fitness classes are taught by nationally-recognized instructors who are passionate about bringing you to the next level of your fitness journey. We want all our members to leave MODE feeling like the best version of themselves.
