Group Exercise MODE
Our group exercise classes are taught by enthusiastic, certified, expert instructors and are held in an intimate space (capacity is about 10 people including the instructor). Our intentionally small quarters allow us to provide individualized attention in a group setting, which is an impossible promise to make to 30-40 members at a time.
This kind of 360-degree attention is crucial to ensuring that each participating member is executing every movement in the safest, most effective way possible. It also maximizes the visible results that can be achieved from such offerings as: Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT, Abs & Ass, Spin, and more.
