Power Hatha

Get ready to get addicted to yoga with Power Hatha, a dynamic style in which you flow from one pose to the next, building up to a few peak poses throughout the class.

Power Hatha focuses on alignment and structure, and is an excellent way to build stamina and strength. You probably won’t break a sweat with Hatha , but you will leave feeling more flexible and relaxed.

This MODE class is an excellent way to be introduced to Yoga, as it allows for a variety of experience levels.
