This is an awesome gym! Clean, plenty of equipment, and the staff is extremely friendly. Ruben helped show me around and I’m convinced this is one of the best gyms in the area!

I can’t say enough great things about Mode ; from the gym culture to my trainer Phil! I joined Mode upon moving to the West Loop and having my son three years ago. I was paired with Phil as my trainer in effort to relieve my sciatica pain. Phil was diligent in working through mobility exercises with me in order to ensure I was building the strength necessary to progress me towards my goals. In only two months of training I have gained immense strength, confidence and growth ; I look and feel better than I did even before my pregnancy 🥹 Phil is knowledgeable, thorough and caring both in and outside of the gym.
