Requirments:
- Must be a local resident and first-time visitor to MODE Gym.
- Must show proof of residence within 3 miles of MODE Gym.
- Redemption of Free Guest Pass is by Appointment only.
- If you do not meet these requirements, Days Passes are available for $40/Day.
