I became a trainer because I wanted to help people reach their fitness goals. Seeing clients accomplish their goals motivates me. Due to being a highly personable person, I easily connect with clients where I am able to make the PT sessions fun and take away the stressors of training. My ideal client has a great sense of humor, open to new things, and is motivated.
The majority of my clients are females who are interested in strength training and glute building. My clients also seek the “lean” look.
Thin crust pizza is my weekend cheat meal and yes that doesn’t sit well with “Chicagoans”
