Adaptable, I always adapt any of my classes and poses to who is in the room and what their bodies need.

Everyone! I love introducing newbies to yoga.

What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?

To share the love of moving my body and feeling good.

What’s your favorite exercise or workout style ?

Yoga and functional strength training.

What’s your favorite cheat meal or food ?

Anything chocolate.

What do you enjoy doing outside the gym, favorite hobbies, etc ?

Reading, cooking and I’ve recently started needlepointing (Grandma hobbies are the best ).

What’s one piece of advice you give almost every client ?

You know your body better than anyone else, listen to it, honor what it needs.
