How long have you been a trainer ?
I’ve been a personal trainer for 6 years, working with a wide range of clients and experience levels. Over that time, I’ve developed a results driven approach that balances performance, safety, and sustainability.
What’s your training style or philosophy ?
My training philosophy centers on intentional, structured programming tailored to the individual. I believe great training isn’t just about working hard it’s about training smart. I focus on proper movement mechanics, progressive overload, consistency, and accountability to help clients build strength, confidence, and habits that last well beyond the gym.
Who do you love working with ?
I enjoy working with motivated beginners, individuals focused on fat loss and body recomposition, and clients looking to improve overall strength and confidence. I’m especially passionate about helping people who may feel intimidated by the gym gain clarity, structure, and belief in what they’re capable of.
What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?
Fitness has been a transformative tool in my own life, and becoming a trainer allows me to help others experience that same confidence and empowerment. I’m passionate about guiding people through the process both physically and mentally so they feel stronger and more in control of their health. Seeing clients realize their potential is what drives me every day.
Favorite cheat meal or food ?
A cheese burger from small Cheval would be my cheat lunch.

Back day will always be the best day.
Hobbies outside the gym ?
Hiking/camping Fishing and EDM festivals.
