What’s your training style or philosophy ?

My teaching and coaching style is honest, informative, and motivational I’m firm yet caring. I teach body awareness and longevity through sustainable training. My focus is on clear thinking, strong form, and smart intensity— while integrating some yoga-based principles like breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

Who do you love working with (beginners, athletes, weightloss, etc.) ?

I specialize in working in small group settings.

What’s one piece of advice you give almost every client ?

The one piece advice that I ALWAYS give is “Think good thoughts, consume nurturing food, and sleep well”. Always listen to your body but don’t underestimate it.

What’s a fitness myth you wish people would stop believing ?

Fitness myth that I wish people would stop believing is that a few missed weeks of working out undo everything. If movement is part of your identity, you will always come back to it.

What’s your personal fitness goal right now ?

My personal fitness goal is to expand my capacity in my training.

What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?

I became an instructor because movement comes natural to me. It’s has always been a powerful tool for me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m passionate about motivating others to build a healthy mind/ body connection that actually supports them long term. I pay attention to details and teach people how to utilize their own patterns through time honored attention.

What’s your favorite exercise or workout style ?

My favorite exercise is plank. It’s one of the most honest movements. It builds strength, control, and posture. My favorite workout style is a hybrid of strength training and mobility.
