What’s your training style or philosophy ?

My training style is geared towards functionality and explosive movements and lifts.

What’s a fitness myth you wish people would stop believing ?

I wish people would stop saying ” I don’t want to lift heavy because I don’t want to get too big ” .

What’s your favorite cheat meal or food ?

If I could eat pizza everyday I would it’s my favorite go-to cheat meal.

What’s your personal fitness goal right now ?

My current personal goal for this summer is to stay injury free and get back into baseball shape so I can play this summer.

What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?

I love fitness because it’s the one thing you can’t fake. Meaning you can’t fake a fit body. It shows dedication and discipline when you are in shape.

Who do you love working with (beginners, athletes, weight loss, etc.) ?

I love working with anyone who is motivated and wants to challenge themselves. Seeing clients hit goals and become more confident in their own skin is why I do this.
