I love working with anyone that is passionate about their goals.

What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?

The reason I became a trainer is because I love helping people out. The feeling you get when you help someone reach their goal is amazing.

What’s your favorite exercise or workout style ?

My favorite exercise is a Lat pulldown.

What’s your favorite client success story ?

I helped a client lose more than 50lbs in their weight loss journey.

What’s your favorite cheat meal or food ?

I love some good steak tacos with guacamole.

I love playing lots of video games and collecting trading cards.

The more you put in the more you get out.

What’s a fitness myth you wish people would stop believing ?

Lifting heavy makes you bulkier and lifting with high reps makes you leaner.
