What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?
The reason I became a trainer is because I love helping people out. The feeling you get when you help someone reach their goal is amazing.

My favorite exercise is a Lat pulldown.

I helped a client lose more than 50lbs in their weight loss journey.
