Why do you like being a class instructor?
I like that I can connect with the members and introduce them with the art of boxing all the while giving them an intense workout. I get a chance to share what I love to do all the while building relationships.

What are your strengths as a trainer?
Skillful in various fields, boxing, kickboxing, strength + conditioning, sports specific training. Motivational trainer, a boxing coach and a mentor to youth.

Favorite moment as a fitness professional.
One of my favorite moments in my profession was when I coached and trained one of my clients for an obstacle race course (savage race) and we finished the course together. The goal was to finish and go through the race with a prepared mind and body. Other trainers and their clients joined us, we made a group because they saw us prepare and train for it. 

Favorite “cheat” food.
Cheat food is ube ice cream, halo-halo, a good hamburger, and chicharron.
