How long have you been a trainer?
I’ve been training for over 12 years. I started out as a bodybuilder and over time shifted my focus toward helping people build a lifestyle that’s strong, healthy, and sustainable long term — not just short-term results.
What’s your training style or philosophy?
My approach is all about sustainability. I create plans people can actually live with — not extreme diets or workouts that burn you out. I focus on proper form, consistency, and gradual progress so the results become part of your lifestyle, not just a phase.
Who do you love working with ?
I love working with everyday people who are ready to change their habits and finally get lasting results. Whether someone’s just starting out or coming back after a break, I enjoy helping them build confidence and strength they didn’t think they had.
What makes you passionate about fitness / why did you become a trainer ?
Fitness completely changed my life. It taught me discipline, patience, and self-respect. I became a trainer because I wanted to help others experience that same transformation — not just physically, but mentally. Seeing someone go from uncertain to unstoppable is what keeps me passionate every single day.
What’s your favorite exercise or workout style ?
I’m a big fan of combination classic compound isolation lifts using machines, dumbbells and body weight. They build real strength, not just aesthetics. I also like short, efficient workouts that challenge you but fit into a busy life.
What’s your favorite client success story ?
One client came in saying they just wanted to ‘lose a little weight.’ Within a few months, they not only dropped the fat but completely transformed their posture, confidence, and energy. The best part wasn’t the physical change — it was watching them start believing in themselves.
What’s your favorite cheat meal or food ?
Definitely a big burger with fries. Simple, satisfying, and totally worth it after a solid week of discipline.
What’s one piece of advice you give almost every client ?
Stop chasing perfection — chase consistency. The little things you do every day matter way more than the perfect plan you follow once in a while.
What’s a fitness myth you wish people would stop believing ?
That you need to spend hours in the gym or eat chicken and rice six times a day to see results. You don’t. Balance, consistency and sustainability always win.
Anything else important or fun that clients should know about you ?
I don’t just coach people — I live this lifestyle every day. My goal is to help clients find a version of fitness they can truly enjoy and sustain for life.
