Why do you like being a class instructor?
I enjoy teaching yoga because I get the honor to help my students heal, find peace of mind, stretch, and strengthen. 

What are your strengths as a trainer?
My strengths as an instructor are my ability to build a class off of the students needs, incorporation of yoga philosophy, and my connective personality. 

Favorite moment as a fitness professional. This can be a client success story, funny moment, or random fact. 

Favorite moment as a fitness professional
My favorite moment as a yoga instructor has to be the fact that I met such beautiful people. I often see people joining my class and becoming friends with one another as well. I love the fact that yoga has the ability to create such a powerful and uplifting community.
