The MODE team is expanding along with our membership base.
MODE is seeking ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic fitness professionals who are eager to learn more about their craft and are willing to provide a higher-level of service than anyone else in the industry is offering.
MODE Gym is actively interviewing candidates who are knowledgeable in their field (group fitness, personal training, sales, hospitality, etc.), but are still excited to continue their own development as a fitness professional.
MODE operates as a team in the truest sense of the word. This is a fitness family where everyone carries the weight that is needed, not just that which serves them as an individual. Our objective is to provide optimal programming and unparalleled service to each of our members.
To best achieve this, MODE candidates must be:
- Self-starters
- Accountable
- Prompt
- Curious (about fitness and wellness and all its intricacies)
- Meticulous (detail-oriented) in their approach to programming, customer service, preparation, execution and follow-up
- Gregarious, social and positive (we are in the business of people, so this is vital)
- Experienced in fitness relevant to area of application. (For example, one should not apply to be a yoga instructor if one is not extremely well-versed in yoga as a practice, etc.)
